This recognition means everything to us. As an independent, MSP-built product, we're competing alongside some of the biggest vendors in the industry. It proves that focused, independent innovation can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the largest players when you're solving real problems for real engineers.

Insights was born from a simple idea: make AI genuinely useful on the IT support frontline. Not as a gimmick, not as a checkbox feature, but as a tool that actually changes how tickets get resolved. That vision has taken us from a side project to a product used by MSPs across the UK and US.
