Any text generated by Insights can be rewritten into a client-facing communication at the click of a button. Whether you want a brief summary for a routine update or an in-depth account for clients who prefer detailed documentation of the work carried out, this feature handles both.
The rewritten text can then be edited, copied, and pasted into new ticket notes or time entries. A future release will enable direct insertion into ConnectWise with automatic client email options.
